How long does it take to receive my certificate?

For all of our students, we notify the Department of Revenue upon completion. This is to ensure you receive credit through the state. However, if you are taking the program for a court purpose, we will also send either you or the issuing courthouse your Completion Certificate. If you are taking our program for the Maryland Heights Court, your completion certificate will be faxed the next business day. For the following courts, your completion certificate will be mailed out the next business day:

  • Crawford County Court
  • Miller County Courthouse

We send all mailed certificates out via 1st Class USPS Mail, so your certificate should be received within 7-10 business days. For all courthouses that are not listed, we will send your completion certificate right to your mailbox. From there, it is your responsibility to turn in your certificate of completion. Once we send your certificate out, you may Track Your Certificate through our website.

If you need your completion certificate sooner, you may Upgrade Your Shipping with our many different processing options. Upgrades can be done at the time of registration, graduation, or anytime in between!

Can I get an extra copy of my completion certificate?

Of course! We suggest that your order a certificate copy to have for your own records. You may do this when you register, throughout the course, at the time of graduation, or anytime after you have completed your program. So if you decide you want a copy of your certificate a year from now, you are able to do so!

Why did I get disqualified?

Disqualification from our course means you could have answered too many of your personal validation questions wrong. These questions were answered by you when your registration was completed. However, if you accidentally hit the back button or refresh the webpage too many times, the program may also disqualify you. Getting back into the program is not a hassle, however, and you will not lose course progress. Just Contact Us and one of our friendly staff members will be able to get you back right where you left off!
