How can I log back in to the course?

If you're already registered for our course, getting back in is a breeze. All you need to do is Click Here and you will be taken to our log in page. Once you are there, simply type in your existing username and password to get back into the course!

I forgot my username and password. How can I get this information?

If you are unable to log in to our Missouri Online Driver Improvement program because you do not remember you username or password, you can Contact one of our friendly staff members for assistance.

Can I use multiple computers or laptops?

Of course! Our entire program can be done from a library desktop, your friend's laptop, or even your smart phone or tablet! As long as you have access to the Internet, our online course is available to you. This is perfect for those with a busy lifestyle or people who are always on the go!

How long does it take to receive my certificate?

For all of our students, we notify the Department of Revenue upon completion. This is to ensure you receive credit through the state. However, if you are taking the program for a court purpose, we will also send either you or the issuing courthouse your Completion Certificate. If you are taking our program for the Maryland Heights Court, your completion certificate will be faxed the next business day. For the following courts, your completion certificate will be mailed out the next business day:

  • Crawford County Court
  • Miller County Courthouse

We send all mailed certificates out via 1st Class USPS Mail, so your certificate should be received within 7-10 business days. For all courthouses that are not listed, we will send your completion certificate right to your mailbox. From there, it is your responsibility to turn in your certificate of completion.

Why did I get disqualified?

Disqualification from our course means you could have answered too many of your personal validation questions wrong. These questions were answered by you when your registration was completed.

General Information

How often can I take driver improvement?

For your convenience, you are able to complete an approved driver improvement course once every 36 months. Please confirm with your issuing courthouse that you are able to participate in a driver improvement program before you enroll.

Can this course be done voluntarily?

Of course! If you do not have a traffic violation but would like to take our online program for other reasons, such as a job, you may sign up for our program at anytime. Our course teaches you how to become the best defensive driver you can be, giving you the confidence you need while behind the wheel!

What should I do if my deadline to have the program complete by has passed?

If your assigned completion due date has surpassed, you will need to contact the court to request an extension. Extension dates can only be acquired from the courthouse which issued your citation. No driver improvement program is bale to issue you an extension for your class.

How do I find out if I am eligible for a Missouri driver improvement program?

Finding out if you are eligible for the Missouri driver improvement course is easier than you might think. All you have to do is contact the court that issued you your moving traffic violation. Once approved, you will generally be given 60 days from the time you pleaded guilty to your citation to complete driver improvement. If you need to take our program for a job or another reason, please contact the company or person who is requiring you to complete this course for eligibility. Don't worry! This happens to Internet users everywhere. If you don't have the best connection, but got logged out, getting back in is easy! Because your course progression is automatically saved as you go, all you need to do is Log Back In to the course with your username and password that was created when you registered. You will be able to start at the chapter you left off at!

Does your course expire after a certain period of time?

Your username and password will be active for 180 days in case you need to log back in even after you graduate. We do suggest that you finish the online course at least a week prior to your court due date. This will ensure that you will receive course credit. If you need to upgrade your mailing options, you are able to do so at any time. If you are on a time crunch and would like more time than you have been given, please contact the court who issued your driving violation to request an extension.
